Tori spelling’s estranged husband Dean McDermott demanded she pay him monthly support as part of their divorce – just weeks after she demanded he pay her support.
This is evident from court documents obtained by RadarOnline.comthe 57-year-old actor responded to the 90210 petition from the star this week.

Tori demanded spousal support in her petition.
Dean, who filed his paperwork without an attorney, listed the date of marriage as May 7, 2006, and the date of divorce as July 7, 2023.
He asked for joint legal and physical custody of their five children. He cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the break.

Furthermore, he asked that Tori be cut off from support and that he be given support.
With regard to their community property rights, he said, “the exact nature and extent” of the community assets and debts are currently unknown to [Dean]which reserves the right to request permission from the court to amend this answer and request dissolution.”

He demanded that Tori cover his legal costs in the case.
As we previously reported, Tori filed for divorce in March. She stated the same divorce date in her file. She requested spousal support and that Dean pay her attorney fees. The actress demanded sole physical custody of their children and joint legal custody.

The couple agreed on the date of separation.

In April, Tori spoke out about the split her new podcast.
“I’ve never felt so alone,” she said. “I don’t feel worth loving. That’s the truth. And that’s just inside you, it’s not something I wanted or created. That starts when you’re young. [And changing it], that’s not easy to do. … I don’t know if you can do that.”

In the podcast episode, Tori named Dean to leave him a voicemail informing him of the divorce.
She said: “There’s this weird thing I didn’t know about, which is that you have to be careful with your ex. It’s a he-said, she-said, who filed first. I had to file and going through the process and Once it’s accepted and posted publicly I get to call my ex and let him know. So I just called Dean He’s working and I have to tell him and I’m super nervous because I don’t like confrontation.”

Dean demanded joint custody of their children.
Tori discussed the breakup on her show.
“Honestly, our relationship was never the same after we had kids,” she said. “We’ve always said, ‘We’re not going to be the parents who change. We’re going to make sure we make our relationship a priority, just the two of us. We have date nights.’ And everything went out the window. I became completely focused on the kids and left him in a sense.”
