Woman accused of trying to run over boyfriend on her way to therapy

A woman in Minnesota has been arrested after she allegedly crashed her car into her boyfriend as they drove to therapy following a day of arguing. RadarOnline.com can reveal.

On August 14, Veronica Roleen Gast, 30, was on her way to therapy session with her boyfriend to work on their relationship, according to court documents obtained by Fergus Now.

While they were driving, the friend decided to break up and asked Gast to take him home.

Guest instead stopped the car in the middle of the road and told him to get out, officials said.

The friend got out of the couple’s car and drove toward a nearby sidewalk, court documents show.

As he walked in front of the car, Gast looked at him before hitting the gas in an attempt to run him over, police alleged.

The boyfriend told investigators he rolled over the hood and hit the windshield, breaking it. He reportedly suffered a laceration to his right elbow.

According to the police report, “the suspect admitted to hitting the victim with her vehicle while driving away. The suspect said she slowed down and stopped to call police. The suspect said she was in shock when she hit the victim, so she didn’t stop immediately but let off the gas.”

Guest told police that the crack in the windshield was not caused by her boyfriend’s body, but by him hitting it, the report said.
