In April, Joe Biden unilaterally canceled another $7.4 billion in student debt in his latest vote-buying gimmick ahead of the 2024 election.

“Today, President Biden announced that an additional 277,000 Americans will have their student debt forgiven, bringing the total debt relief approved by the Biden-Harris administration through various actions to $153 billion for 4.3 million Americans,” the White House said. announced at the time.

Biden has used a series of solutions to circumvent the Supreme Court’s decision to end its student loan rescue program.

During Friday night’s panel discussion on “Real Time,” host Bill Maher was joined by Fox News contributor Kellyanne Conway and Bloomberg Businessweek correspondent Joshua Green.

During a discussion about the anti-Israel protests raging on college campuses across the country, Maher said he becomes “so outraged” by how many of the participating students receive federal aid.

“I’m so outraged by some of these things because when I read about the student loan debt… the Biden administration’s student debt cancellation is going to cost a combined $870 billion to $1.4 trillion.”

“So colleges keep raising tuition, then the kids take out more loans, and then the government comes along and pays those loans. Okay, so my tax dollars support this Jew-hating? I do not think so.”

Conway said the student loan payout was unfair, telling Maher, “You can’t have plumbers and pipe fitters playing for the student loans of doctors and lawyers.”

She continued: “I’m all for the government trying to help people who need it, but he did that as a political play and everyone knows it. He bleeds the support of young people.”

“And it hasn’t worked,” Green added. “If you look at issues that young people care about, Gaza ranks about 15th out of 16th. And the only thing coming in lower than Gaza is student loan forgiveness. So it hasn’t worked as a motivation for the youth vote, you know, half of which are chanting “Genocide Joe.” So it not only has an adverse effect in terms of public policy, but also in terms of politics.”

“Yeah, I mean, Trump is winning the youth vote by 11 points, I think, that’s pretty amazing to me,” Maher said, referring to a recent CNN poll.
