BravoCon 2024 isn't happening; Bravo sets dates for November 2025 in Las Vegas

Bravo officially confirmed the rumored news on Wednesday that its popular fan convention, BravoCon, will skip this year but return to Las Vegas in 2025. The network announced the future dates of BravoCon – November 14-16, 2025 – and that the convention will once again take place at the massive Caesars Forum event space. In 2023, BravoCon moved to Las Vegas as it outgrew its New York City locations.

However, there will be smaller gatherings for fans throughout the year, which the network is calling “Watch Party by Bravo,” which it describes in the press release as events for “Bravoholics to get up close and personal with their favorite Bravo stars and celebrate their passionate fandom.” These will take place in New York City and Los Angeles starting this spring and will be detailed in the coming weeks.

That part of the announcement continues what Frances Berwick, chairman of NBCUniversal Entertainment, said Variety during an interview at last year’s BravoCon, about wanting to schedule smaller events throughout the year to capitalize on Bravo fans’ enthusiasm. “We did this initially as a marketing effort, but we’re trying to run it like a business,” Berwick said in November.

Skipping a year means the shows will be renewed and the programming for the convention won’t just be a repeat of 2023’s BravoCon. According to the announcement, last year’s convention was attended by 27,000 fans who came to watch more than 160 cast members in the Bravo universe. And those tickets weren’t cheap: They cost up to $1,200, along with other add-ons for VIP experiences. The tickets for BravoCon 2023 sold out immediately.

In addition to the panels and nightly events, Bravo made a number of announcements during last year’s convention, including premiere dates, cast changes and show renewals. And Tom Sandoval was booed every time he spoke during the “Vanderpump Rules” panel, which fans who watched Season 11 probably have a good feeling about.

On its social media channels, Bravo posted a video featuring Andy Cohen — the executive producer of the “Real Housewives” franchise, the host of the late-night talk show “Watch What Happens Live” and the face of the network — delivering Heather Gay’s now-iconic speech the season 4 finale of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”

“Receipts! Proof! Timeline! Jackpot! BravoCon returns to Las Vegas in 2025,” followed by a montage of Bravolebs at the 2023 convention.
