Christian Woods ex-girlfriend Yasmine Lopez is allowed to have supervised visitation with her son after the court awarded sole physical custody to the NBA star.

This is evident from court documents obtained by RadarOnline.comAs part of the three-year restraining order the court granted Wood against his ex, Lopez will visit her son Kobe at Wood’s Beverly Hills home with a professional supervisor/monitor. She is allowed 3 visits per week of 1 hour each.

“[Lopez] will arrive and depart after the visit ends peacefully,” the order read.

Yasmine did not show up for the court hearing.

As we first reported, Wood was awarded sole legal and physical custody of his son during a recent hearing. Lopez did not appear at the hearing despite receiving the paperwork.

During the hearing, Wood argued for the temporary restraining order he was cleared to be made permanent in March against Lopez. He testified that Lopez allegedly showed up at his home on February 23, 2024, with a group of her friends.

Wood said Lopez had a history of damaging his property.

Wood claimed that his ex vandalized his Mercedes-Benz by leaving deep scratches all over its body. He said his neighbor called police after seeing Lopez wandering around his property.

According to TMZ, Lopez was arrested at the scene. Days later, Lopez spoke out about the incident.

The NBA star and Lopez share a son named Kobe.

She said: “I wouldn’t jump someone’s fence for no reason, but I don’t tolerate violence. I don’t.”

In his petition, Wood said Lopez has damaged his property in the past. He described an August 2023 incident in which she allegedly broke into his home and destroyed several valuables.

The NBA star asked the court primary custody of Kobe.

After hearing Wood’s testimony and reviewing certain evidence, the judge granted Wood’s request to make the order permanent. He extended the restraining order until 2027.

Wood was awarded sole legal and physical custody of his son during a hearing last month.

He noted: “The responding party was given notice and an opportunity to be heard as provided by the laws of the State of California. There are no phone calls, check-ins or appearances by or on behalf of the defendant.”

Lopez is not allowed to come within 100 yards of Wood, according to the order.

Moreover, Lopez cannot travel with the child without permission. The judge said the model would have to pay for a 52-week abuse intervention program.

The judge said he would rule on Wood’s request for Lopez’s legal fees at a later date.

Lopez has not yet commented on the court’s ruling.
