MATTHEW GRAVES and the SECOND JUSTICE from the Left: Pro-Hamas Protester Gets “48 Hours. Volunteering” for assaulting a female DC police officer vs. J6ers’ “years of federal prison” for similar or lesser charges | The Gateway expert
Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves

Matthew Graves (US Attorney for the District of Columbia) is infamous for standing by and doing nothing as hundreds of BLM and Antifa supporters attacked the White House and attempted to burn down a church during the 2020 riots.

Graves continues his “look away” approach with a Pro-Hamas protester. On November 15, 2023, a man called Ruben Arthur Camacho punched a female Capitol police officer in the face during a Pro-Hamas protest. Recently, his sentence of 48 hours of community service was handed down by none other than Matthew Graves.

Never before has the two-tiered justice system been so clearly visible with how this sentence relates to the treatment of President Trump and the J6ers. What if your loved one were at the epicenter of that statement? Now J6ers share two words, providing proof to all Americans that the Scales of Justice clearly favors one side over the other. Those 2 words are:

Matthew. To dig.

This is the same prosecutor who ruthlessly went after and sent everyone inside the Capitol on January 6th Federal Court on similar or lesser charges than Camacho, who was sent to trial Local Court at Graves. The result plea deals for J6ers include years of federal prison, compared to Camacho’s 48 hours of community service. This has ruthlessly tormented J6ers and their families. And now we have living proof of that.

J6er fiance, Desiree, wrote about the stark difference in the way Matthew Graves treats Camacho versus her J6er, Barry Ramey:

The same Matthew Graves who gave Pro-Hamas protester Ruben Camacho 48 hours of community service for attacking Capitol Police wanted to put my fiancée, Barry Ramey, in jail for up to 48 hours. 15 years for an alleged shot of pepper spray on January 6e, but this was only after Capitol Police began firing tear gas and rubber munitions at J6 protesters as they sang the national anthem! Mr Graves carried out an aggravated assault on him with a deadly dangerous weapon causing serious bodily harm and damage. That’s just a step and a half below attempted murder!

We’ve seen even lesser charges for other J6ers who received months in prison. And Matthew Graves leads the attack against J6ers with a heavy hand. It’s infuriating to see Pro-Hamas Protestor given 48 hours of community service for punching a Capitol Officer in the face from Graves, yet J6ers are held to the fire!

Barry went to trial and was thankfully found “not guilty” of the more serious charges, and found guilty of the lighter charges, which he never argued about. A clear example of a blatantly unjust approach that Mr. Graves took toward my J6er fiance versus the pro-Hamas protester is detailed in this side-by-side comparison, which shows what Barry experienced, followed by what I experienced through the departments undergo. following Graves.

This doesn’t stop with Barry. No, Mr. Graves’ approach caused the FBI to harass me, and I was not at the January 6 meeting. Earlier this year Barry was told to call me from prison, to tell me to delete a post from my social media that created awareness about the outrageous legal and incarceration-related costs our family has faced and we are not a fan of Biden. And, if he hadn’t called to me, he could be transported to a maximum security prison and all communication between us would be denied (post, email, telephone and visits).

Our family still lives in a dormant fear that this could still happen. But we stand strong, by the grace of God. And because Barry has a sense of humor that I admire so much, he said to me: “We will never kneel before communism. We don’t work for the NFL.” So here we look at Mr. Graves and Mr. Camacho and are painstakingly reminded that this is communism.

So far, Barry has appealed some aspects of his conviction and is filing FOIA requests. With deep prayer and love for the Lord, we are grateful to have received help from many in the community. We are about halfway to our fundraising goal which will help cover the legal fees we have incurred, providing food and basic necessities for Barry while he is in prison and the small amount of monthly bills he has left behind.

It will take everything we have and more to continue this fight. We know that God is leading us and that we will not give up. Now that we’re halfway to our goal, we still need your help and appreciate all the donations and prayers that have helped sustain this fight, so far and still to come.

May God bless our supporters, the J6ers, President Trump and his family, and may God bless America!
