These are things that would have landed him in jail if Trump had said them. Matt Gaetz is also in court this morning with Trump and Boebert, so it appears the ex-president has a strategy of using people like Boebert and Gaetz and mouthpieces to get around the gag order.
Trump can only get his son Eric to appear before him in court, but he has people like Gaetz and Boebert.
If Boebert impresses the jury, it might not be a good one.
