Trump speaks at a rally in Pennsylvania.

At one point, Donald Trump spoke something that wasn’t words as his mind wandered during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania.

Trump said: “Last week it was reported that an illegal adlinthin – and look at this, what’s happening”

Trump also called a magazine a magazine, but that was at least close to a word:

Trump thinks he is his own best political and legal advocate, but his cognitive skills have deteriorated so much that even when his rally speeches are written, he can no longer form words. Donald Trump makes no sense.

Joe Biden may mix up words from time to time, but they are real words in the English language. Trump tries to say words, but sometimes unintelligible gibberish comes out of his mouth.

It appears that Donald Trump is in serious cognitive decline, and the national media needs to stop being so afraid of what is happening right before their eyes.
Trump will not release his medical records. His father had dementia and the ex-president is showing symptoms that indicate something is seriously wrong cognitively with the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.
