Trump’s Bronx rally broke was an embarrassing technical disaster

Donald Trump attempted to hold a rally in the Bronx, but with his lawyers handling a large portion of campaign contributions, Trump’s rally was riddled with audio and video problems.

C-SPAN had to stop live video coverage of Trump’s rally because the feed’s signal was so poor that it dropped out. These are the kinds of problems that didn’t plague Trump’s previous campaigns because the candidate had money.

Trump’s style has always been tacky, but he does understand video presentations, and these problems didn’t arise when he spent money on these rallies. In 2024, Trump is using public places, smaller and cheaper locations, and those places may not have the technological infrastructure to handle the broadcast of a presidential campaign rally.

As long as Trump has to continue paying criminal lawyers, these technical problems could continue or worsen. There is another problem with Trump’s 2024 campaign presentation. Compared to the Biden-Harris campaign, Trump’s campaign looks cheap and inferior. This was not the case in 2016 or 2020, but the Trump campaign’s financial problems are making themselves known and visible to the American people.
