Wynonna Judd’s daughter became ‘unruly’ and ‘verbally combative’ with officers while soliciting prostitution arrest: police report

Officers said: “When spoken to she became agitated and asked if she was being detained. It wasn’t illegal to trade her body for a ride. She was told to leave the area and stop asking for money/rides.”

An hour later, police said they received a call from a Circle K employee. Officers tracked down Kelley, who refused to cooperate and “began yelling” at an officer.

“She was dressed inappropriately, with a short skirt, cut open in the front, a pink bra with her bare breasts exposed, the skirt was cut in several places down to the crotch and her pink panties were pulled into her buttocks and v— – as if it were a thong, making her crotch visible to the public,” the report said.

“When she refused to cooperate, she was told she was under arrest and passively resisted the officer. She sat on the edge of the road and refused to cooperate,” an officer wrote.

“I think she blocked my number,” Kelley said. “My mom thinks I’m on drugs, right? She wants me to go to rehab. But when I got to prison, I took a drug test and passed it. I don’t do drugs. My mom won.” If you don’t listen to me, she won’t believe me. She thinks I’m doing crazy things here….”

Of her arrest, she said, “I did it honestly. I literally had a sign that said, ‘Help me with my ride. I was wearing a bra, okay? On top of my bra, I was wearing a sports bra.’ Plus I was wearing a T-shirt,” she added. “There are women who go jogging every morning in just sports bras.”
