Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently seized a property as his voting address, RadarOnline.com learned, which subsequently caused confusion and concern among neighbors and local authorities.
In a surprising development as the 2024 presidential election continues to heat upKennedy claimed that his voting residence was at 84 Croton Lake Road in Katonah, Westchester County – a New York property that was about to be closed for non-payment.

Kennedy claimed that his voting residence was at 84 Croton Lake Road in Katonah, Westchester County.
But despite the claim, it was determined that Kennedy did not own the million-dollar property and did not appear in residents’ searches for it.
Also surprising was the revelation that Kennedy had recently listed the same address at 84 Croton Lake Road on his New Hampshire presidential nomination petitions.
Meanwhile, voting records showed Kennedy used this New York address for several elections dating back to 2008 — including during the COVID-19 pandemic when the environmental lawyer turned politician voted by mail using the Croton Lake address.
According to the New York Postthe legal owner of the property was listed as Barbara Moss. Moss is reportedly the wife of Kennedy’s old doctor friend, Timothy Haydock.

It was determined that Kennedy did not own the million-dollar property and did not appear in residents’ searches for it.
The newspaper found that the US Bank Trust Company had initiated foreclosure proceedings against Moss in March, alleging a debt of $46,106 plus interest.
Yet, despite the investigation and doubts surrounding his purported address, Kennedy’s campaign issued a lengthy statement reaffirming that the Katonah home is the presidential candidate’s “official address.”

“He receives mail there,” Kennedy’s campaigner said in the statement on Sunday evening. “His driver’s license is registered there. His car is registered there. His voting registration comes from there.”
“His father was a senator from New York,” the campaign continued. “New York has been his home continuously since 1968, although he has frequently lived elsewhere. He has never claimed residency in another state.”

Kennedy’s campaign released a lengthy statement reaffirming that the Westchester County home is the presidential candidate’s “official address.”

“Since beginning his presidential campaign, Mr. Kennedy has continuously traveled through other states,” Kennedy’s campaign further explained. “Therefore, during the 11 months since he changed residence, he had no opportunity to stay at his Croton Lake Road home, which explains why the neighbors have not seen him.”
While Kennedy’s campaign maintained the legitimacy of the candidate’s speech in New York, neighbors in Katonah refuted Kennedy’s observations on the ground.

Neighbors also expressed surprise and skepticism about Kennedy’s alleged whereabouts. They highlighted the discrepancies between their observations and Kennedy’s address claims.
“We have lived here for twelve years, and it has always been that way [Barbara Moss and Timothy Haydock],” a neighbor told the Post this weekend.

“Totally news to me,” a neighbor said of Kennedy’s alleged New York address.
“I don’t have that,” the neighbor replied when asked if she had ever seen Kennedy in the neighborhood. “It’s pretty cool if he actually lived there.”
“Totally news to me,” another neighbor said of the issue. “I had no idea. I’m amazed.”

According to the Post, Kennedy’s most recent addresses during searches were 2975 Mandeville Canyon Road in Los Angeles and 124 Washington Street in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
The third candidate was also reportedly recorded as living at two different addresses in nearby Mount Kisco in Westchester County from the 1990s to 2014.
