According to NYPD, the 45-year-old woman was attacked and sexually assaulted near 152nd Street and 3rd Avenue in the Bronx on May 1 around 3 a.m.

The attacker covered his face with a white towel as he attacked the woman. No arrests have been made.

A man wrapped a belt around a woman’s neck and dragged her unconscious body between two parked cars before raping her on a Bronx street, according to police and a viral video.

According to the NYPD, the 45-year-old woman was attacked around 3 a.m. on May 1 near 152nd Street and Third Avenue. The woman was walking down the street when a suspect came from behind and wrapped the belt around her neck, according to the viral video.

The man, who covered his face with a white towel, then used the belt to pull the unconscious woman several feet along the sidewalk and into the street between two parked cars, the video shows. According to police, the suspect then raped her.

The video shared on social media does not capture the entire attack. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
