Thomas included a screenshot of their July 2 correspondence, which showed Lindsie had sent him a steamy selfie while wearing her bikini top, weeks before asking for temporary protection. “Good day buddy,” she wrote after sending the selfie. When Thomas asked, “How are the sun and sand?” she responded with what appeared to be a flirtatious response.

“Until July 15, 2023, the parties were in regular mutual contact. As the relationship deteriorated, Ms. Chrisley became uncomfortable with the possibility that her current boyfriend might become aware of her relationship with Mr. Mollura and of her public following.” Thomas claimed.

“The last message Mr. Mollura sent to Ms. Chrisley was on July 20, 2023,” Thomas’ attorney said. “On July 21, 2023, Mr. Mollura received an email message from Ms. Chrisley’s assistant, Kristen Hook, requesting that he cease communication with Ms. Chrisley.

“An hour later, Mr. Mollura received a follow-up email from Ms. Chrisley’s attorney requesting that he cease all communications with Ms. Chrisley and her family, including communications with third parties,” the response said.

RadarOnline.com broke the story — Lindsie was granted a restraining order in August 2023 after accusing Thomas of stalking and assault. He denied these allegations and fought to have the order dismissed, with a police report. a witness statementand an urgent care visit with alleged photos to support his claims that she assaulted him at least twice.

“I categorically deny Lindsie’s allegations,” Thomas told us in a statement Thursday. “I have the utmost respect for all individuals and strongly oppose such behavior. It is critical that all allegations of this nature are treated with the utmost seriousness, regardless of the gender of the accused or accuser. It is disheartening when false claims are made. , possibly to distract from one’s own questionable actions or to seek personal advantage.

“My attorney and I prepared a comprehensive 58-page response that was publicly filed, addressing all of Lindsie’s allegations, and leading to the denial of her motions submitted to the court,” he continued.

“As a father of daughters, brother, uncle and friend, I am grateful for the continued support of my family, friends and community during this time.”
