‘Fallout’, ‘Baby Reindeer’, ‘What Jennifer Did’ Top Luminate Reviews

Prime Video honors the seductive video game series

Netflix has launched four new movie titles in its Luminate streaming originals top 10 movie list for April 12-18, led by “Woody Woodpecker Goes to College” and Swedish drama “Stolen.”

Among streaming original TV series, Amazon Prime Video saw “Fallout” soar to more than 5 million views in its first full week of release. Netflix achieved success with the true crime drama ‘Baby Reindeer’ and the docuseries ‘Unlocked: A Jail Experiment’.

The documentary “What Jennifer Did” saw a 696% week-over-week increase in its first full week of release, reaching 674.2 million minutes watched, or approximately 7.7 million views. “Woody Woodpecker” was a distant second with 290.8 million minutes watched, or about 2.9 million views. Prime Video’s “Road House” held steady in week four with 171.2 million minutes watched, or 1.4 million views, according to Luminate’s weekly rankings of streaming original titles.



“Stolen” premiered with 141.5 million minutes watched or 1.3 million views. “Love, Divided,” a rom-com directed by Patricia Font, scored 115.7 million (1.1 million views) in its first week. “Amar Singh Chamkila” was the fourth newcomer to reach the top 10 with 51.1 million minutes watched (352,859 views).

Among TV series, “Fallout” was the highlight and a big win for Prime Video. The series logged just under 2.5 billion minutes across eight episodes. With a total running time of 473 minutes, this amounts to approximately 5.2 million views. “Fallout” views increased 773% from the first two days of release (April 10-11).

The big riser in the top 10 this week was Netflix’s ‘Baby Reindeer’, which rose 8,000% from the previous week (when it had only one day of release) to 354.6 million viewing minutes, or 1.4 million views. However, it was Netflix’s eight-episode docuseries “Unlocked: A Jail Experiment” that came in a distant second to “Fallout” this week with 793.1 million minutes watched, or about 2.4 million views.

The Netflix drama series ‘Ripley’ dropped 51% in its third week to 323.2 million minutes watched. “3 Body Problem” struggled in week four, dropping 36% week over week to 313.3 million minutes watched.

Among the TV series among the top 10, which are seeing big week-over-week increases, are Netflix’s “Midsummer Night” (up 4,784% to 81.3 million minutes watched) and Season 2 of Netflix’s “Heartbreak High” ( up 4,576% to 81.3 million minutes viewed). .
